Items must be left at the property boundary — the same spot where your bins and recycling containers are normally collected from — by 6:30am on the day of collection. The crew works to a schedule and won't knock or wait, so anything left out later risks being missed until the next booking.

Swindon Borough Council does not carry out house or garden clearances and will not enter the property to collect items, including garages, sheds or back gardens. The service is for household waste only; commercial or trade waste isn't covered.
